I’m a human in process, constantly learning from the people and the contexts I face. My Agile coaching is an evolution of systemic coaching putting myself in the system and not as an outstanding observer.

agile² is a collective of agile and coaching professionals working from all around the world. We are caring to find the right partner with the same culture as yours.
Even if agile² is lead by Pierre, our aim is to never run a solo performance.
Collaboration, Alignment and Shared purpose are the processes.
The drivers are people, people, people and people.
We call ourselves designers because every project is unique with a specific design.
agile² is changing again. Since Pierre moved to Switzerland in 2020, the german structure has become obsolete. In that order, he decided to close the GmbH in 2022 and reopen a new one in Switzerland where he lives.
Lucky us, our customers do not complain.
