Before I was a kaizen coach and portfolio manager in VC.Thirteen years ago I discovered the agile way. Since that time, I work on more than two hundred projects in various complex environments.
Five years ago, I was predicting the increasing demand of agile coaching, and I started to develop a program for great agile coaches.
My Agile coaching is an evolution of systemic coaching putting myself in the system and not as an outstanding observer. It is different from coaching agile teams or personal development coaching. It is the combination of Organizational coaching, Team coaching and Personal Coaching.
agile² is a collective of freelancers working from all around the world. We are caring to find the right partner with the same culture than yours.
